Event Team is a young, enthusiastic event management agency that organises active events for both business and private customers. Our 15 instructors enjoy the activities as much as you do and aim to teach you something as well. Event Team was founded by Sander Bergonje (1980), who is passionate about outdoor sports. He worked as a professional outdoor sports instructor and is a mountain climber. When Bergonje moved to Noordwijk several years ago, he found that not much was being done in the area in terms of the professional organisation of safe outdoor company and teambuilding events. Even so the beautiful environment is wonderfully suited for such events. And things have changed since. Event Team has been available for everyone and for every budget since 2006. Event Team is perfectly familiar with the market and the environment.
Active events & Teambuilding
Participating in a sportive event on the beach or in the dunes is great fun. We can organise suitable events even for the most un-sportsmanlike people. Such events help people to get to know each other and strengthens and opens up the relationships in a group, however small it may be. Event Team has the capacity to organise active events for groups ranging from 5 - 400 or more people, depending from the activity. Teambuilding is available for groups from 8 persons. Safety
It goes without saying that the bigger the group, the greater the number of professional instructors present. Safety is one of our main concerns, which is why our team has special training to assess the safety aspects of every possible situation. The sports and game materials are all new and maintained in perfect condition. We inspect the materials before each event. We limit risks to the minimum by making clear arrangements and providing detailed instruction.
